Open the order in your MAYKaya account and submit a return or refund request as soon as you identify a missing, damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item. Include clear photos or video and keep the original packaging while the request is reviewed.
Eligibility depends on the item condition, supplier terms, delivery evidence, payment status, the reason and timing of the request, and applicable Philippine consumer law. Items damaged through misuse, altered after delivery, or returned incomplete may not qualify.
Approved refunds are sent to the available original payment method or MAYKaya balance. Processing time varies by the payment provider or bank and begins after the return or evidence review is complete.
