Available door-to-door or pickup services and their charges are calculated during checkout from the delivery address, supplier location, package, weight, and carrier availability. Physical orders cannot be placed until a valid delivery address and shipping method are selected.
Suppliers prepare confirmed orders before carrier pickup. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of weekends, holidays, remote destinations, weather, carrier interruptions, customs, or preorder availability.
When tracking is available, it appears in the order timeline. The customer is responsible for a complete address, reachable contact number, and a person authorized to receive the parcel.
